Outdoor Restaurants & Bars in Downtown Brooklyn
May 10, 2018
Now that it finally feels like spring, we’re going to spend as much time as possible outside. A great thing about living in the city is that as soon as the weather gets nice out- every restaurant, bar, and café opens up their store-front or their outdoor seating. Below is a list of great spots with outdoor seating options.
Cafe Habana’s Brooklyn Outpost is the perfect outdoor location to relax and enjoy their famous Mexican style corn, Cuban sandwiches, and margaritas. The restaurant the first solar-powered restaurant & marketplace to open in New York! The Brooklyn Outpost is a great restaurant with an environmentally conscious outlook- including working on community gardens and urban environmentalism efforts. The Outpost is officially open for the Spring/Summer season, and hosts a market along with fun events- check out the online calendar.
DSK Brooklyn was the first authentic German Biergarten to open in Fort Greene. DSK is a family-friendly spot offering a traditional German menu and a wide selection of beer- of course! While an awesome spot to hang out any time of year, it’s the perfect place to relax outside with a stein and a brezel, or a vegan & gluten free sausage.
Sitting on the patio at Olea Mediterranean Taverna, snacking on hummus & grilled pita or falafel crusted artichoke hearts would make you think you’re lounging along the Mediterranean and not in Brooklyn! The restaurant is open all day, serving a variety of Mediterranean specialties along with a great happy hour featuring house-made sangria.
Living at Caesura puts you in the perfect spot to take advantage of all of the amazing dining options Brooklyn has to offer—any time of year.
